What You’ll Do: As a Litigation Associate at ADLI Law Group, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, including taking depositions and arguing motions.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, receiving mentorship and guidance.
- Balance multiple cases and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- JD from an accredited law school with admission to the California Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, showcasing strong research, writing, and case management skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
