Litigation Paralegal Position (Full-Time, Remote) 

Adli Law Group, P.C. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our Litigation Department. If you are a skilled professional with a proven track record in litigation, a strong work ethic, and a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with preparing and filing legal documents, including court filings, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant data for cases.
  • Manage case files and maintain an organized document management system.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Meet monthly billable requirement of 120 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification required.
  • 7-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Proficiency with legal software, case management systems, and electronic filing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
