

Litigation Associate – Employment & Civil Litigation (Remote)

About the Role
ADLI Law Group is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our Employment Defense and Civil Litigation practice. This fully remote position is ideal for a motivated litigator ready to manage a dynamic docket across state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment defense and civil litigation matters from inception through trial
- Participate in hearings, discovery conferences, pretrial, and trial proceedings
- Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and settlement communications
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Provide support on general litigation matters as needed
Qualifications
- J.D. and active California Bar License
- 6 to 10 years of litigation experience, with significant employment defense and civil litigation background
- Proficient in state and federal court procedures and filings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, and law firm or case management software (e.g., Centerbase, Clio)
