Ms. Martirosian specializes in intellectual property, patent, trademark, copyright prosecution and protection of trade secrets.
Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Ms. Martirosian was an attorney at Phil IP Law Group, where she advised her clients in all aspects of intellectual property law including copyright, trademark, and patent related legal services and client counseling. Ms. Martirosian has also represented employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class action and unfair business practices. Ms. Martirosian is passionate about the work she does and the interests of her clients come before all other considerations.
Ms. Martirosian attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from California State University, Northridge and graduated with honors. She worked in the Biotechnology field prior to attending law school.
Ms. Martirosian earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara Law School, where she received the Cali Excellence for Future Award and was a participant of honors moot court. Ms. Martirosian also participated in the Academic Success Program, where she mentored fellow law students and was the treasurer of the South Asian Law Student Association.
Ms. Martirosian is a member in good standing with the California State Bar and in the United States District Court for the Central District. She is fluent in English, Armenian and Russian.
