ADLI’s Cannabis Group (also known as the Vice Group) was successful in representing ADLI Cannabis client, 2Rise Naturals in a $1M cross-border transaction. The deal is an all-share transaction that will result in the health and wellness food company, Gaby Inc., acquiring all issued and outstanding securities of 2Rise Naturals LLC. Additionally, the proposed sale will enhance Gaby’s portfolio of CBD products and expose 2Rise to an extensive network of mainstream retailers eager to sell high-quality, all-natural CBD products.
